“One of the good things about meeting new people through photography is that you get the opportunity to meet some extremely interesting and creative personalities along the way. I first got a chance to meet Allison Britton at a get together for area photographers here in northern Virginia. And i’m sure that anyone who has met her will tell you that you will remember the experience. We have had several chances to talk about photography in the past few weeks and I have been thankful that she is both helpful, imformative, and generally fun to hang out with. Last weekend I got an opportunity to hang out with her as she did a couple of engagement sessions and though we may have different styles, you can certainly see why she is successful. Her visible comfort with different situations, her connection with her clients, and of course, the resulting images all taught me a little about the industry and a little about her.
