Chesapeake Strings : headshots

Elizabeth, Justin and Devree from Chesapeake Strings a string trio that is based out of Baltimore, Maryland came by for a studio for headshots the other day.  Then we had fun on the Potomac in Old Town taking a few outdoor shots on the water at sunset.  I can’t wait to see their site updated with the images!  Thought I would share a few.

Amy and Nomi : Married Top of the Town

When I meet Amy and Nomi explained that they wanted their wedding to be a celebration and just one big party to celebrate their love for each other with their friends and family.  This wedding was exactly what they explained but it was also a day full of love and touching emotional moments of surprise.  Below are the highlights.  Congrats you two!

Tiana + Ferman : Sequoia DC Wedding

Tiana and Ferman rocked it out at the Sequoia in DC. The decor was pretty in pink and the backdrop look like a private island on the DC waterfront. It was a day full of emotion and love!

Lisa + Jon : Whitehall Manor Wedding

September 1, 2010 – 1:57 pm

Lisa and Jon were married at Whitehall Manor on a beautiful yet stormy Sunday. I’ll admit I think everyone worried what the weather would pass.  As Jon arrived that afternoon a big storm rolled in and forced us all to take shelter inside.  Lisa arrived shortly after while it was still raining outside.  But the storm didn’t ruin the day as it past pretty quickly and cooled things down which allowed these two to have a stunning Whitehall Manor ceremony outside. Although they lost power and it was never restored, there was still dancing, laughter, joy and tears of happiness. One of Lisa’s sisters gave a very emotional maid of honor speech and this was a wedding to be remembered forever.

Lisa and Jon have dated a very long time before they were married and it was great to see such love and respect for each other.  As they take their next journey in life to a new home and a new state, we wish them a lifetime of happiness!
