I fear it’s something I’ll never know. Not sure how long it’s been on the walls. The building is from the late 1800’s and totally makes it. Part of why I love it there.

The designer is Claire Pettibone. Her gowns are gorgeous. I purchased the dress at a shop in Bethesda, MD which unfortunately closed in May. There is another shop there sells the designer’s dresses out towards Baltimore, but you can check her website for a full listing.
