Liza and Gary’s Trash the Dress at Glen Echo Park

Liza and Gary meet me at Glen Echo Park in MD right after my session with Jordan and Tim.  Boy the weather had changed very drastically from what it was an hour before.  Liza and Gary bared the elements and we had a blast exploring the grounds at the park.  Below are just a few of my favorites.

Jordan and Tim’s Trash the Dress Session

Jordan and Tim have planned a trash the dress session for sometime now and what a beautiful location Manassas Battlefield turned out to be that Sunday.  The weather hasn’t really been on their side.  Their wedding was one of the hotest summer days of 2008’s wedding season.  We finally found a day that wasn’t raining and worked for everyone’s schedules.  I had another trash the dress session scheduled right after theirs and boy the weather was completely different.

I know these two have been stalking my blog since the session.

Twilight!!!

I have handed off my Stephaine Myer books the other night to my Mother in order to get her hooked.  I am ready to go out w/2 of my girlfriends Friday to see the movie!  We made a pack to go together after we read the books.  We bought tickets for the early show just trying to miss the teenage rush (like that is going to work).  I can’t wait!!!  Seriously I am so excited and such a vampire freak right now between that and True Blood.  Since I finished with Stephenie’s books I have moved on to Charlaine Harris books.  I have known who the killer for this season of True Blood for sometime now, I tried really hard to keep it from everyone that watches the show. A couple of us call each other Monday morning to discuss.  I have to admit since losing the Sopranos it is nice to have something on HBO to enjoy watching again.  The Sookie Stackhouse series books by Charlaine are excellent and do somewhat follow the show but I really don’t feel take away from watching it every Sunday.  So for all the Twilight fans, I hope you enjoy!

Katie and Song’s engagement session

I had the pleasure to hang out w/these two love birds the other night in Old Town Alexandria on Tuesday.   Perfect night for a session.  We had a great time getting to know each other and I thought I would just share a few of my favorites.

Aaron my little pro!!

Aaron played Mites on Ice the other night at the Cap Center. This such an awesome program that the Capitals do for young hockey players. I got to go down and take some action shots of the kids. It was a lot of fun. Here is a his magazine cover he is giving to his Grandparents.

A Day at the Park

I haven’t shared any of my kids lately. Every year we go out and take fall pictures. We really enjoyed last Saturday at Locust Shade Park. The weather was perfect and we even got to take “Sug” with us. He is not so little anymore. We are very proud of him, he just graduated puppy classes and is finally house broken!!! OMG I never thought the second would ever happen. He is currently learning to stay in our yard and how to use the invisible fence. So I guess he can stay. LOL

Aaron was going for the long hair like his fellow ice hockey players. He broke down and cut it yesterday. So these are before with his big hair.
