Marie and Rob’s wedding 9/20/08

Marie and Rob were married on 9/20/08 had such a perfect day for a wedding. The ceremony was at their childhood church St. Francis Episcopal and the ceremony was at the Tournament Players Club at Avenel Farm in Potomac MD. It was a great day full of laughter. You really got that these two were very close to their family and friends. We had a great night watching everyone enjoy the event!! Thanks so much for having us there to be part of your wedding, congrats to you both.

Lizzie and Kaitan’s Engagement Session

K and V are married 8/30-8/31/08

September 26, 2008 – 1:29 pm

This was such a fabulous two day wedding ceremony full of tradition and family!! Day one was a beautiful American wedding that was held outside at the Regency at Dominion Valley and I finally got to photograph a ceremony at their amphitheater. Wow what a great location and with the beautiful sunset it is just beyond perfect.

Day two was the traditional hindi ceremony and the colors were beyond belief. I really enjoyed every bit of this ceremony even the part of being pelted by the flower peddles the guest threw at them!

Boudoir Special

September 25, 2008 – 3:44 pm

Below are a couple of samples of our boudoir shoot at the Rouge Hotel in DC. It’s such an edgy hotel and the rooms were just perfect! I have decided to offer a special on my boudoir packages for a limited time being. I will reserve a hotel again on November 1st 2008.

Boudoir - $125.00 session fee and will include time/talent, makeup, and cost of the hotel. You will get 10 edited high RES images on disk with print release and 25% off prints and book orders.

What a great idea for Christmas presents for your Husband, Fiancé or significant other. Slots are very limited so please email me at info@abrittonphotography.com to reserve. Session fee is required to book and we must have at least 5 bookings to be able to cover the hotel costs.

Laura and Steve’s Wedding 8/24/08

I meet Laura and Steve from our now mutual friend Rob that I had the pleasure of meeting through Crystal and Dan’s wedding last year. The wedding and reception was at Elkridge Furnace Inn in MD. Laura and Steve are such a amazing people and I think that really showed at their wedding by looking at how many of their friends and co-workers came out and contributed to it. Laura and Steve are in the band with the US Army. Their choir group sang twice during their ceremony. Then the band played during the beginning of their cermony before DJ took over the night. It was truley a beautiful ceremony and location. Here are some highlights from the day/night:

Katie and Chris’s wedding 8/9/08

September 8, 2008 – 7:10 pm

Katie and Chris were married on 8/9/09 at Centreville Baptist Church and then the reception was at the fabulous Regency at Dominion Valley. I have looked forward to this wedding since I first meet Katie, her Mom and Chris. I couldn’t help but to smile when one of Katie’s Brothers came up and said “Oh you are Allison, I heard you are a lot of fun.” Definatly made me know the connection was there and that the family would be a blast! The Thriller Michael Jackson dance from Chris’s brother so proved that everyone was here to enjoy themselves. We had a wonderful time and so excited to be a part of their special day. Congrats to you both!
