Amanda and Chris’s Wedding 6/14/08

Amanda and Chris were married on 6/14/08. I have always remember the day I meet Amanda and Chris and was really was looking forward to seeing them again.

Their ceremony and reception was at the Brandywine River Museum in PA. I had never shot a wedding at this location and was amazed at how beautiful it was there.

Amanda and Chris were able to have the ceremony outside right before the rain. Just as they finished their vows and kissed I felt the first rain drop. I couldn’t believe the rain held off. Brandywine Museum is interesting location and had 4 levels for the reception. Chris commented that he made a lot of silly faces. We loved it and enjoyed the emotions expressed at their wedding. I love when the guest dance the night away. Thanks for letting us be a part of it! Here are some highlights.

Family Vacation

We are actually currently on our family vacation but wanted to share a couple of our mini vacation to VA Beach to see my friend Tanya. I forgot how much I miss Tanya. Hopefully her and Greg will be coming to the River House in August. Greg was great w/the kids and had them climbing trees before we left. We had a blast at the beach w/Tanya. We stayed at Turtle Cay Resort. A very nice little place with perfect pools for the kids. I honestly didn’t want to leave. We won’t be back home till the 14th. Our cousin is getting married and I can’t wait to see the family and enjoy a wedding I don’t have to shoot.

No we don’t take thousands of pictures of Lauren.

Jordan and Tim’s Wedding 6/7/08

Jordan and Tim’s wedding was beautiful at The Regency at Dominion Valley in Haymarket, VA. The day was so hot the couple had to move their ceremony inside, the backdrop was still beautiful. I really got to know this couple over the last couple of months and the ceremony was very touching to witness. I was lucky enough to have my friend Erin from Halo Photo come and get some great stuff of the guys! It looks like they had such a blast and you can see some of her shots in the slideshow and on her blog. I know Jordan has been stalking the blog waiting for these to be posted! I hope you both enjoy them and see you soon for your post session.
