Willie and Karri’s Wedding 7/21/07

Willie and Karri’s wedding was beautiful and what a gorgeous day to get married! My assistant (Kelly) and I had a blast hanging out with their family and documenting such a special day. Here are a couple of images to outline the wedding and the slideshow will be up soon!

Look Ma no training wheels

Aaron finally let me take off the training wheels and a couple of tears/fears later he is off. Now to get him the big boy bike. I did have flashbacks of my Mother holding on for dear life running beside me. I am so proud of my little man!!!

We went to my Parent’s river house again over the weekend (last). Came home to a little river coming out of the front of our yard. Called the water company to find out that it was indeed our line to the house. OH JOY!!!
So after getting quotes we contact a friend of the family (he was actually with us over the weekend). He tried to patch the line but had to finally replace it. I am fine with the repair costs but OMG the water bill is $1776.71. Makes me want to puke!! So I figured I would blog some of the images. I finally just took off and went to the pool. But after a week we did indeed fix the line.

pretty much took off from here. Hey at least I get to attempt to grow grass during the summer. Too bad I don’t want to water it 
Jen’s Trash the Dress Session

Jen is a bride of mine from last year (December 06). She scheduled a post dress session with me for after the wedding since the weather wasn’t great for outdoor pictures the day she got married. To think my dress is just sitting in a box yet Jen was willing to really have fun in hers. I really enjoyed this session and I can’t seem to narrow down my favorites from this session. I am still proofing but here goes!

Clayton and Catherine’s Wedding 6/30/07

Wow I couldn’t even tell you in words how much I enjoyed these two’s wedding. It was a blast and I was honored to be a part of it!! I really struggled with my favorites from this wedding. They were married at Potomac Crest Baptist Church (http://www.potomaccrestbaptist.com/potomaccrestbaptist/index) and the reception was at Monclair Country Club (http://www.montclairva.com/).
We started the day off with a stop at Dairy Queen
The walls were gorgeous at their church! If only I could just clear it out and shoot in it all the time.

Jason and Carrie’s Engagement Session

Jason and Carrie are getting married on 8/31/07. They decided to do their engagement session by touring a couple of wineries. What beautiful backdrops the winery’s made and we barely beat the rain. We toured Gray Ghost and The Unicorn. I even brought home two bottles that I have yet gotten to sample. I had a blast and can’t wait to see these two again soon!
